The Institute on Person-Centered Practices uses a person-centered framework to support people with disabilities, and other people who are marginalized from their communities to live their lives as they define them. We offer training and technical assistance on person-centered practices with a wide range of organizations that support people to be included in their communities, family members, and people with disabilities. We believe we must take it to scale. We must embed person centered practices in the fabric of organizations that support people to maximize impact leading to positive life changes. To offer training and support directly to people to develop plans that guide outcomes based on what is important to them.
