The Institute was a few months old when Michael Smull, the founder and leader of the Learning Community for Person Centered Practices (TLCPCP) challenged the Institute founders to “Take It to Scale” by building partnerships that embed person-centered practices in the fabric of organizations ultimately reach thousands of people
"Take it to Scale" became the mantra of the Institute’s training initiatives. Institute trainers have provided training to thousands of people in Texas and throughout the US. We have forged partnerships with numerous organizations and individuals. Institute Mentor Trainers have mentored and certified Person-Centered Thinking trainers from a wide range of organizations throughout the United States.
